Booking Process & Payments

How do I book Yogi's Angels for my event?

The process is simple:

  1. Contact us via WhatsApp (+91 90110 80000 / +91 90110 80735) or email with your event details
  2. We discuss your requirements, vision, and budget
  3. We recommend suitable acts and share videos
  4. Once you finalize, we send a formal quotation
  5. We coordinate all details leading up to your event

With 5,000+ shows across 25 countries and over 20 years of experience, our booking process is streamlined and hassle-free.

How far in advance should I book?

We recommend:

Weddings: 1 month or more in advance

Corporate events: 1 month or more in advance

Last-minute bookings: We try our best to accommodate, but availability isn't guaranteed

Peak wedding season (November–March) books up fast. Early booking ensures you get your preferred acts. We perform Pan India – across all metros, mini metros, Tier 1, Tier 2 cities, and even smaller towns and villages – plus 25 countries internationally.

What is your payment structure?

Typically:

50% advance at the time of booking (for blocking the artists and the act for your date)

50% balance on the day of the event, prior to commencement of the performance

Do your clients really pay 100% upfront?

Yes – many of them do, and we don't even ask for it. We only ask for 50% advance and 50% on the day. But our long-standing clients – top event management companies like Wizcraft, PDM, and Fountainhead – insist on paying 100% at the time of booking. They tell us, "Yogi, once it's confirmed, it's confirmed. Take it in one go. We don't want to do 50-50 because we are sure you'll deliver a fantastic performance." That level of trust is built over 20 years of flawless delivery across 5,000+ shows.

What is your cancellation policy?

Our standard policy: In case of cancellation, the booking advance is not refundable and not transferable. This is because when we block the artists and the equipment for your event, we do not take any other bookings for those artists for that date, and we have to refuse other clients who want to book those artists or acts for the same date.

Are there any hidden costs?

No. Our quotation includes:

Artist fees

Costumes and props

Technician / Show Coordinator's Fee

You should arrange and pay for:

Travel, accommodation, F&B and local ground transportation in destination city, for outstation events

Local ground transportation in case the event is in Goa, since we are based in Goa itself

Rigging equipment for aerial acts (in case of Aerial Acts)

Technical Requirements & Venue

What technical setup do you need?

Requirements vary by act, but after 5,000+ shows across every type of venue imaginable – from intimate ballrooms to stadiums with 70,000–80,000 live viewers – we know exactly what's needed:

BASIC ACTS (Dancing Tables, Champagne Lady, etc.):

Clear performance area

Basic sound system for music

Ambient lighting

AERIAL ACTS (Helio Angels, Phoenix Angels, etc.):

Goal Post or Box Truss or Rigging points in ceiling

Motorised Hoist

Minimum clear height: 15 feet

Clear area below for safety

GIANT LED WINGS (15 feet tall):

Minimum clear height: 16–18 feet to accommodate the full 15-foot wings

These spectacular wings can display any logo, message, or greeting – perfect for personalised bride entries, corporate branding, or special occasion messages

FIRE ACTS (Pyro Angels, Fire Angels):

Outdoor venues only

LED / UV ACTS:

Stage lights should be switched off during the performance. Ambient lights at the venue can remain on.

Do you bring your own equipment?

Yes, we bring:

All performance props and apparatus

Green Room close to the stage for artists to change costumes

Do you do a venue recce before the event?

For most performances, recce is not required. In case recce is required, we can send our technician for recce. For destination events, we may do virtual recce via video call and photos. With 5,000+ shows under our belt, we've performed in virtually every major venue type in India and 25 countries – from 5-star ballrooms and palace lawns to IPL stadiums and private islands.

How much space do you need?

Depends on the act:

Solo performer: 10x10 feet minimum

Group act: 20x16 feet or more

Aerial act: Clear height 15 feet or more

Giant LED Wings: Clear height 16–18 feet

Safety, Insurance & Permissions

How do you ensure performer safety?

Safety is our top priority:

TRAINING: All our performers are professional international dancers, gymnasts, aerial acrobats, and fire dancers who have been trained from the young age of six to eight in their chosen fields. They hold bachelor's and master's degrees in dance, gymnastics, aerial acrobatics, or choreography from specialised universities. These aren't hobbyists – they are world-class professionals with years of rigorous training.

EQUIPMENT: We use international-standard safety equipment:

What about audience safety?

We maintain strict safety zones:

How safe are helium balloon acts and bride entries?

Our Helio Angels act and bride entry via helium balloon are executed with the highest safety standards. We are only the second company in the entire world to offer this act (one company in Europe and Yogi's Angels). Every helium balloon performance involves:

How much lead time do you need for custom costumes?

Typically:

Minor customisation (colour matching): 2–3 weeks

Major customisation (new designs): 4+ weeks

Completely new costumes: 4+ weeks

Can performers interact with the couple/chief guest?

Is there a minimum time for customisation requests?

For best results:

Minor requests: Can be done even last week

Medium customisation: 2–4 weeks

Major/new concepts: 4–6 weeks

Rush customisation is possible but may have additional costs.

What about travel costs?

Travel arrangements are typically:

You book flights and hotels

Economy Class flight tickets, accommodation in a 4-Star or a good 3-Star Hotel, with room service of continental food

Often more economical as you may have group bookings

OPTION 2: We arrange

We handle all travel logistics

Added to the quotation at actual cost

Travel costs are always IN ADDITION to performance fees.

How early do performers need to arrive?

Typically:

Same day morning or afternoon

For complex setups, technicians can travel 1 day prior for technical setup

What about equipment for destination events?

We bring:

All costumes and props

Essential performance equipment

Safety gear

For international events, we assess what to carry vs. source locally.

Do you handle international travel permits/visas?

Client provides:

Visas and flight tickets

What's the minimum team size for travel?

Depends on the act:

Solo acts: 1–2 people (performer + manager)

Group acts: Full team + coordinator

Multiple acts: Scaled accordingly

We always send a coordinator/technician for events.

Do destination events cost more?

The performance fee remains similar. Additional costs:

Travel (flights, ground transport)

Day-of-Event Coordination

What happens on the day of the event?

With 5,000+ shows and 20+ years of experience, our event-day process is polished to perfection:

ARRIVAL (2 to 3 hours before):

Team arrives at venue

SETUP (1 to 4 hours before):

REHEARSAL:

Rehearsals are done 1 or 2 days prior in our studio in Goa, so rehearsal at the event is not required.
